Reservations
Any reservation, via Internet, for an arrival (to airport or port) must be reaffirmed via telephone.

* Our confirmation for the reservation will be sent immediately.
In case of extreme conditions (manifestations, natural disaster technical problem, meteorological conditions etc…) or for reasons of security, the transfer will be delayed and an alternative will be proposed. If the customer does not accept our counter-proposition, he could no longer ask for an other from of compensation.

Insurance
In case of heavy traffic either on air, sea or road or in case of unforsen situations as manifestations or meteorological conditions, your means of transport can be delayed.
The taxi company includes in its tariff the coast of waiting of the vehicle no longer than 2 hours. The tariff cans also vary according to the itinerary of arrival.
This insurance take into considerations only the condition stated above accordingly only the conditions stated above accordingly.
The customer can not ask for compensation outside the terms of the contact.
The insurance is not reimbursable or deductibles.


Cancellations-modifications
Each cancellation or modification by the customer must be written or confirmed via telephone to the company 72 hours in advance.


Consequently. A modification of the itinerary of arrival is possible and free depending on the possibility of the vehicle. If the vehicle is no available the customer can not ask for compensation.


* If the customer cannot attend the place on the date agreed upon with the company in the date agreed upon with the company in the reservation contract, he must inform the latter 72 hours in advance and communicate an alternative to be followed.
If these terms are not followed, the customer can in case ask for reimbursement.


Itinerary – route
The itinerary and the rout of traveling depend on the decision of the driver will take the shortest road.
In unforeseen conditions as heavy traffic or cut roads, the driver can change the initial route without asking the customer’s preference and with no supplementary payment in order to guarantee a better touring.
During the route(Transfer or Arrived from or to Airports or Ports), only a courteous stopping is possible.
This stopping is free and limited to 10mn, otherwise, the customer should inform the company while agreeing on the terms of the contract.
Outside these terms, the stopping will be adjusted to itinerary of the drivers and invoiced as a supplementary payment.
